Haryana RTE Admission 2026: The Directorate of Elementary Education, Government of Haryana has started a document verification drive for applicants seeking admission under the Right to Education (RTE) Act 2009 for the academic session 2026-27. This step is taken after checking the registration data submitted by parents and applicants during the admission process.According to an official notice issued by the department, the verification process is being done at the Block Level Education Officers (BEOs) level by designated committees formed specifically for RTE admissions. Officials said that verification of the information submitted is necessary for validating each application.Confirmed in block level committees.The department said that block level committees have been entrusted with the responsibility of verifying the original documents submitted during registration. These committees are working under the supervision of BEOs to ensure uniformity and accuracy in the process.On preliminary analysis, it was found that many applicants and their parents failed to appear before the respective committees for verification. This problem has been identified as a major problem during the current admission process.Mandatory compliance for all applicantsIt is very clear from the notice that document verification is mandatory for all applicants seeking admission under the RTE Act. Applicants and parents should personally report to the block level committee concerned.Failure to comply with the verification requirement will result in rejection of the application. The department has said that such rejection will be done without any notice to the applicant or the parents.Furthermore, it has been clarified by the authorities that no application for admission under the RTE Act will be considered if the verification process is not completed successfully.Verification schedule and instructionsThe department has fixed the schedule of verification process for the convenience of the applicants. The document verification process is ongoing from 22nd April 2026 to 24th April 2026.All applicants are directed to comply with the schedule and provide all relevant documents during the verification process.
