The singer and actress also runs her own blog, ‘Beau Society’, where she gives updates on her life and things in general. In one of her recent blog posts, the actress opened up about how her life has been after giving birth. She shared that she had an “amazing” doula to support her and help her through everything.She also added details about it and said, “In general, she advised me to stick to warm foods during postpartum recovery to aid digestion and increase nutrient absorption, a philosophy that comes from Ayurveda. Knowing this, my mom made me this amazing meatball soup the other day. It’s one of those rare soups that tastes as good as it does.”She also shared that she religiously followed a cookbook that talks specifically about the foods you should have at the beginning of your postpartum journey. She also added that she is in the early stages of her journey and still needs to be mindful of what she eats and what she does.
