GSEB SSC Result 2026: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has declared the Class 10 SSC Results 2026, with an overall pass ratio of 83.86 percent, up from 83.08 percent in 2025. Examinations were conducted at 1,006 centres, up from 989 last year, reflecting a wider examination network.A total of 7,56,392 students appeared for the SSC exam in 2026 as against 7,46,892 in 2025. Of these, 6,34,327 students passed, which is a marked increase from last year’s 6,20,532 successful candidates.The pass percentage of girls is 88.28% which is significantly higher than 80.12% of boys. Among the repeat candidates, girls led with a pass percentage of 38.36%, compared to 31.41% for boys. In the GSOS category too, female candidates recorded 36.25 percent, outpacing male candidates at 23.23 percent.This trend confirms a consistent pattern in the Gujarat Board results, where girls have maintained a strong lead in all categories. The performance gap indicates a steady academic gain among female students, even as overall results show gradual improvement across the state.

In the 2025 Gujarat Board Class 10 Results, girls clearly outperformed boys, continuing a consistent trend. The pass percentage of girls was 87.24%, while boys got 79.56%, a difference of 7.69% points in favor of girls.The data highlighted a strong academic advantage among girls among regular candidates, even as the overall pass percentage stood at over 83 percent. The difference indicated a consistent pattern where girls are outperforming boys across the state.

GSEB SSC Result 2024: What Does the Data Say?

In the Gujarat Board Class 10 SSC Results 2024, girls once again outperformed boys by a clear margin, continuing the trend seen in previous years. The pass percentage for girls was 86.69 per cent, while that of boys was 79.12 per cent, creating a gap of 7.57 percentage points in favor of female students.The data highlighted continued educational gains among girls, with the overall pass percentage reaching 82.56 percent, marking a sharp recovery from 2023. The gender gap was a significant feature of the results, highlighting the strong performance of girls across the state.Looking at the data for 2024, 2025 and now 2026 together, girls have maintained a strong and wide lead over boys in Gujarat Board Class 10 results. While the overall pass percentage has stabilized and improved, the gender gap remains a pronounced feature of the results. As the state moves forward, the focus is likely to shift towards redressing this imbalance, even as the broader performance trend indicates steady educational growth across Gujarat.
