As a common mistake, the chef said that seasoning cannot be the last step in preparing a dish. “When seasoning foods, start small, medium small, and finish seasoning at the end. Don’t wait until it’s cooked before starting to season. Food must be prepared with seasoning, without neglecting it for 90% of the journey,” he told the mentioned digital outlet.
