Farah Khan He recently recalled an unusual memory from the film ‘Tees Maar Khan’, revealing that Akshay Kumar He would go to the set by helicopter every day and still be the most punctual person in the place.The anecdote was revealed in a promotional interview for ‘Bhoot Bangla’, featuring Farah Khan, Akshay Kumar, Priyadarshan and Rajpal Yadav. While the team reminisced about past films, Farah talked about their schedule while shooting for ‘Tees Maar Khan’ at Malshej Ghat.Sharing details about the shoot, Farah said, “We were shooting for Tees Maar Khan in Malshej. The call time was 8 am every day. Everyone stayed there because it was around two and a half hours from Mumbai. But Akshay would go home every evening after packing and would be back by 7:45 the next morning.”The revelation stunned Rajpal Yadav. Looking at him, Farah and Akshay asked, “Bolo kaise?” (Tell us how?) Rajpal can’t figure it out, Akshay: “I traveled by helicopter.”Farah admitted that she had never seen anything like it. “For the first time in my life, I saw an actor treat a helicopter like a taxi. But to his credit, he was always on time.” Akshay, on the other hand, was quick to clarify that his travel arrangements never caused any inconvenience to anyone.Akshay Kumar defended his helicopter ride stating that it never caused any problems for the production. “But how was that anyone’s problem? I was the producer myself,” he said.Farah Khan, however, was quick with a spirited comeback. “And me too.” The banter soon became even more playful joking, “Mere saare paise kha gaya (I spent all my money on him).”Clearly surprised, Akshay replied, “Main paise kha gaya? You made the most money in that film!” Refusing to end the joke there, Farah laughed and added: “Call Ronnie and ask about our money.”‘Tees Maar Khan’ marked Farah Khan’s third outing as a director after the success of ‘Main Hoon Na’ and ‘Om Shanti Om’. The film directed by Akshay Kumar hit the theaters in 2010 and collected around 84 crores at the Indian box office.
