Speaking to paparazzi account Viral Bhayani, Mika Singh took a conciliatory tone and vouched for Ranveer’s character. He said, “Ranveer Singh is such a good and down-to-earth person. I know FWICE very well, and I will meet them personally and talk to them. After all, we are bhais.”

He noted that significant expenses had already been incurred, including overseas review trips, hotel reservations and arrangements for more than 200 crew members. Pandit also confirmed that Ranveer had signed a three-film deal with Excel Entertainment and was involved in script discussions and teasers.On May 25, FWICE issued a formal directive of non-cooperation, alleging that Ranveer did not respond to repeated summonses. Pandit warned that affiliated workers across India would not work with him on films, commercials or any other project until the matter was personally addressed before the body.
