Delhi University has issued an official notification inviting registration for a four-week skill development program aimed at strengthening its top management machinery. The last date of application is fixed as 30th April 2026. The training program will be conducted from May 4 to May 29 in a hybrid format, combining physical sessions at North Campus with an online component. It is open to Assistant Registrars, Administrative Officers, and other Group A personnel, who play a central role in institutional management and implementation.The offline sessions will be held in Room No. 210, Administrative Block, North Campus, which is the main administrative center of the University.
Nomination based enrollment, tiered fee structure
As per official guidelines, participation will be through nominations only, with departments/colleges within the university nominating participants for ₹8,000 and nominees from other universities/institutions paying a nominal amount of ₹10,000.Participants are requested to submit proof of nominations or fee payment upon registration, suggesting that a controlled and regulated mechanism will govern the selection of participants.
Accommodation arrangement for outside participants
The University authorities have decided to provide lodging and accommodation in the University Guest House to the participants coming from outside. This suggests the university’s ability to attract participants from outside the immediate sphere.
Enhancement of administrative capacity
This comes at a time when universities across the country have to step up their work and prepare themselves for the changes that will take place following their administrative capacity building programme. The Delhi University program aims to strengthen middle and senior level administrators within the university.
Speed of submission of nominations
