Days after singer-songwriter D4vd was charged with murder, sexual abuse and dismemberment in the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, prosecutors have revealed some disturbing allegations.According to newly filed court documents reviewed by TMZ, prosecutors have outlined the events leading up to and following Celeste’s death. According to investigators, Rivas was taken to the singer’s Hollywood Hills residence on April 23, 2025, allegedly arranging an Uber to transport her from her family home to Lake Elsinore, California. Once at the residence, the prosecutor says he stabbed him to death.According to the report, the authorities alleged that in the days after the incident, the artist bought several things that were used to dismember and dispose of the body of the teenager. Court records say a shovel was ordered the next day and taken to the singer’s home. A week later, D4vd bought two chainsaws through Amazon. He also allegedly bought additional items including a body bag, heavy laundry bags and a blue inflatable pool. However, according to reports, these purchases were made under the false name of “Victoria Mendez.”According to investigators, after stabbing the victim to death, the accused put her body inside the inflatable pool in the garage, so that the blood would not flow out. He allegedly used tools, including chainsaws, to dismember her body.Celeste’s autopsy report stated that the ring on her left hand and the finger threats were nowhere to be found in the decomposed remains found in the trunk of the car. According to prosecutors, D4vd allegedly cut off her ring finger because it had a tattoo of his name. His finger has not yet recovered.Authorities also said they recovered “evidence consistent with dismemberment of the inflatable pool,” which contained multiple linear cuts. Several biological samples were collected in the garage area that tested positive in the blood test.’As for the inflatable pool, the medical examiner’s report cited pieces of blue plastic embedded in the recovered remains, which prosecutors believe are consistent with the pool.According to the report, surveillance footage also shows that D4vd was the last person to drive the car before leaving for a tour in late July.Clarifying the timeline of their relationship, prosecutors stated that D4vd met Rivas in 2022, when he was just 11 years old. That the singer had a sexual relationship with the victim in November 2023 when he was 13 years old, and she was 18 years old.Prosecutors are also unclear as to when D4vd knew Celeste was a minor.The artist was arrested earlier this month on charges of first-degree murder with a person under 14, lewd and lascivious acts and mutilation of a deceased person. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.lead defense attorney Blair Berk said in court last week. “We believe that the real evidence will show that David Burke did not kill Celeste Rivas Hernandez.”Blair Berk, who is representing D4vd, has been among A-list client lawyers for many years.
