CUET UG 2026: National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026 examination scheduled on 28 May 2026. The exam has been postponed due to Eid Al-Zhaa (Baqareed) holiday.According to the official notice issued by NTA, the CUET UG 2026 examinations which were scheduled on May 28 in both shifts will now be held on revised dates, which will be announced later.The notice said that this decision has been taken after the notification of the DoPT regarding the change in the date of Eid Al-Zhaa (Bakrid) holidays.Candidates are advised to regularly check official websites, including NTA and CUET UG portal, for latest updates and announcements about the revised exam schedule.NTA has also asked students to rely only on official communications to avoid confusion and misinformation.Read the official notice Here
CUET UG 2026 Exam The pattern
CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam consists of three parts, including language, domain-specific subjects, and a general test.Each paper contains multiple choice questions (MCQs), and all questions are compulsory. Candidates are usually given 60 minutes to complete each subject paper.Under the marking scheme, students will get five marks for each correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.
