Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will announce the results of Class 10 and Class 12 board exams today on 29 April 2026. Students appearing for the exams will be able to check and download their scorecards from the official website cgbse.nic.in and results.cg.nic.in.The results will also be available on the TOI result portal. State Education Minister Gajendra Yadav is expected to announce the results during a press conference, where the list of toppers, pass percentage and overall exam statistics will also be shared.As per the official schedule, CG Board Result 2026 will be declared at 2:30 PM.This year the 10th class board exams were held from 21st February to 13th March 2026 while the 12th class exams were held from 20th February to 18th March 2026. To pass the exam, students should secure at least 33% marks in aggregate including theory papers and internal assessment. Students who fail to pass will be allowed to appear in the compartment examination.

How to Check CGBSE Board Result 2026
Students are advised to keep their roll number ready before checking the result to avoid delay when the result link is activated.
- Go to any official website.
- Click on the link for “CGBSE Class 10 Result 2026” or “CGBSE Class 12 Result 2026”.
- Enter your roll number and other required details.
- Click the submit button.
- Your result will appear on the screen.
- Download the mark sheet and take a printout for future reference.
Last year the results of class 10 and class 12 were declared on May 7. The 10th pass percentage was 76.53 percent, while the 12th pass percentage was 81.87 percent.A total of 3,23,094 students appeared in class 10 and 2,45,913 students passed. For Class 12, around 2,38,626 students appeared for the exam, and 1,94,906 students passed it.In 2024, the overall pass percentage in Class 10 was 75.64 percent, while Class 12 recorded 87.04 percent. In 2023, the results were declared on May 10, and in 2022, they were declared on May 14.
