How Carrie Bickmore suffered her injury
On Monday’s episode of the ‘Carrie and Tommy’ radio show, Bickmore explained that she “misjudged” the corner of a wall in her home while walking in the middle of the night. “I went in there with such force that when I fell, I took a lamp that was on the nightstand with me,” he said. “I was catching it with my hand and it dripped out of my eye.”She was unable to wash her hair or swim for 10 days and believes the wound became “open” during a trip to Sri Lanka, where she was photographed crouching on the beach with the wound covered by a doctor.
Why Carrie Bickmore Needs Plastic Surgery Now
Returning to Instagram, Bickmore revealed that the situation had taken a turn for the worse. “Healing terribly. And hurt. Also, a random lady took her suitcase and left it on her head. God it hurt. Now a plastic surgeon needs to fix it properly,” he wrote. He later found out that he had “hit a nerve” and is now in pain. According to Bickmore, a plastic surgeon told him that the glue needed to be removed from the wound before the nerves and layers of skin could be sutured. “It was so deep that the glue didn’t do anything,” he said.Despite the sadness, Bickmore kept her sense of humor intact, saying on Instagram: “Scars are hot huh? Radio face, except tonight when I’m back on TV for Channel 7’s Celebrity Intervention!” His post attracted more than 500 comments, with many of his 794,000 followers wishing him a speedy recovery.
