Akshay Kumar now it’s coming back together Priyadarshan After 14 years. The actor-director duo has given audiences some iconic films including ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’. Vidya BalanManjulika’s portrayal in the film completely wowed the audience when the film was released and it seems that her impact has lasted beyond the screen. Even Akshay Kumar’s son Aarav was not spared from the chilling effect of the horror comedy.In a recent interview, while promoting his film ‘Bhooth Bangla’, Akshay shared an amazing anecdote about his son Aarav’s reaction to the film. In a chat with HT City he revealed, “Recently I was talking to my son, he told me that when he saw Bhool Bhulaiyaa for the first time, he couldn’t talk to Vidya Balan for six years! Voh Vidya se darta tha. Voh ghar par aayi thi, usse ek baar milne ko taiyaar hi nahi tha, uski aankhon mein dekhne ko bhi taiyaar nahi tha. I had to feed her for six years and say ‘Yeh Vidya Balan hai beta, yeh bahot achhi hai’ She said ‘no dad, I don’t want to meet her’ It scarred her!”The 2007 psychological thriller saw Vidya play Avni, a woman possessed by a spirit haunting an old haveli. As the story unfolds, her condition is revealed to be dissociative identity disorder, making her performance emotional and layered. His portrayal of the complex character achieved great acclaim and remains one of the most memorable aspects of the film. Vidya was also seen in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ which also starred her Madhuri Dixit and Kartik Aarya. On the other hand, ‘Bhooth Bangla’ will release on April 16.
