It made money. I just want good movies to make money. That’s all. If it’s a good movie, it should make its money. If not, you move on.’In an industry looking for a fixed ‘formula’, Tiwary isn’t bothered by the idea that the film’s success could lead to a surge in big-budget action dramas. The ‘Laila Majnu’ actress pointed out that films don’t work like that, because no one can predict what will work. “Everyone wants to make good movies, and we hope to make good movies that people like,” he added.

Talking about his upcoming film, Tiwary said that he is putting his trust in a vital audience segment, families. For him, a return to theaters could be a game-changer. “If families come, you fill the seats four times over. I keep saying this, families need to go back to movie theaters,” he said. The actress also hit back against the labels often slapped on men. “Honestly, I don’t know what ‘soft men’ or ‘alpha men’ mean. I grew up around family men who stood up for their families. Their mission was to support the growth of everyone, not just themselves,” he said.
