APSSC Result 2026: The Board of Secondary Education Andhra Pradesh is expected to announce the APSSC Result 2026 declaration date tomorrow after 8:30 PM, as per the progress related to the ongoing result process. The expected announcement will only be related to the result date and time, while the Class 10 results themselves are not scheduled for release tomorrow.The development comes amid ongoing uncertainty over the AP SSC result schedule after the school education department had earlier rejected the claims of the April 27 announcement, terming the reports as false and misleading. Officials have maintained that only an official announcement will confirm when students can access their marks memos.“The results will not be declared before April 30, 2026, and it is expected that the results will be declared only after 8:30 pm on April 28,” a board official told TNN on condition of anonymity.Students are awaiting official word on the announcement schedule.More than 6.40 lakh candidates are waiting for the next official update from BSEAP. This year, 6,40,916 students appeared for the exams, including 6,22,074 regular candidates and 18,842 private candidates. This group included 3,28,652 boys and 3,12,264 girls.APSSC exams were held from 16th March to 1st April 2026. Once the result date is officially declared, students are expected to be able to check the scorecard through bse.ap.gov.in and related result portals using hall ticket credentials.Officials have already cautioned students and parents against relying on speculation regarding the result timeline. The district education authorities were also directed to prevent the spread of false information through WhatsApp groups and other online channels.Pass criteria and Marks Memo process remains intact.Students will need a minimum of 35% in each subject, including theory and practical components separately where applicable, to qualify the AP SSC examinations. Candidates who do not fulfill the minimum requirement will be eligible for supplementary examinations after declaration of main result.After the release of the result, students will be able to download the Provisional Marks Memo online. The digital document will contain subject-wise marks, grades, GPA and eligibility status, while the original certificates will be issued by the schools later.Alternative access routes, including DigiLocker, Mana Mitra WhatsApp service and LEAP mobile application, are also expected to be available once the results are published.Last year’s data remains in focus.The pass percentage of APSSC last year was 81.14, with 4,98,585 students passing out of 6,14,459 candidates. Girls recorded 84.09 per cent against 78.31 per cent for boys, while Parvatipuram Menem district recorded the highest performance of 93.90 per cent.A total of 1,680 schools secured 100 per cent results in the last cycle. The broader pass percentage trends showed 81.41% in 2025 as compared to 86.69 in 2024, 72.26 in 2023 and 64.02 in 2022.With the expected announcement tomorrow evening on the result date, students continue to wait for confirmation as to when the AP SSC 2026 results will be declared themselves.
