The controversy surrounding the allegations made by Ansiba Hassan against actress and mime artist Tini Tom has taken another turn. The issue gained more attention after actor Asif Ali publicly shared his views on the issue and expressed his support for Ansiba.Responding to the situation, Asif said that internal conflicts of an organization should be handled within the system. He also suggested that people may choose to speak publicly only when they feel there is no other option.As quoted by Cinema Express, Asif said, “Problems within an organization should be resolved within that organization. It is only when that does not happen that one is forced to speak publicly. People like Ansiba are speaking out because they have no other choice.”He also stated that issues related to caste and religion should be dealt with “common sense”.
Ansiba Hassan has renewed serious allegations
The latest developments come days after Ansiba made serious allegations against Tini Tom. Earlier, he held that Tini Tom and some other members of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) were responsible for the decision to resign from the post of joint secretary.Ansiba complained that she was subjected to a smear campaign and accused Tini Tom of making communal remarks against her.Later, the matter gained more attention when Ansiba issued a statement related to another complaint he filed with the authorities.
Tini Tom responds to legal actions
Meanwhile, Tini Tom has responded to the legal action being launched against him. The actor addressed the media while on his way to a private function at Karukappilly in Kochi.According to Mathrubhumi, during an interaction with reporters, one of her friends reportedly spoke about the emotional hardship caused by the controversy surrounding the actor.Responding to the matter, Tini Tom decided not to elaborate further and said that he would leave everything to God.Previously, Tini had denied the allegations against him and challenged Ansiba to seek legal remedies if he believed he had been wronged.Ansiba appeared at Thrikkakara Assistant Commissioner of Police office on Sunday to give a statement regarding her complaint.The complaint is about his alleged experiences with actress and AMMA Vice-President Lakshmipriya and Women’s Cell Sub-Inspector Reshma Thrippunithura.In an interaction with the media, Ansiba again criticized Tini Tom and made strong remarks about the controversy.Speaking on the matter, Ansiba told the media, “Little Tom has not only wronged me, he has harmed an entire community. He has especially wronged people in a secular state like Kerala. It is very unfortunate. When someone has a personal grudge and finds nothing else against a person, they can think that my name is Ansiba Hassan, so they can use it against me. It is unfortunate that we live in Kerala society badly. Malayalis understood the issue clearly. What he did cannot be justified. He must face the consequences of his actions.”
