Rayudu termed the celebration as rubbish

The celebration quickly became a major talking point online, and former CSK batsman Ambati Rayudu couldn’t resist joining in on the fun during ESPNcricinfo’s Time Out show.Instead of harsh criticism, Rayudu found humor in the celebration and jokingly suggested that such “cheats” should not be allowed on the field.“I just think it’s a manifestation of that. It might not sit well with a lot of people, but it’s kind of funny and a little bit trashy,” Rideau said.“I think they should ban these kinds of mats, absolute nonsense. I mean, I don’t think you should bring mats into the exam hall,” he added.
