Alia Bhatt once faced a scary situation early in her career. The incident happened during the filming of Student of the Year 2014. It happened at an airport while traveling for the movie. His former bodyguard, Zeeshan Qureshi, recently shared details about the episode. He explained how the airport staff treated the actor.

In an interview with Screen, Zeeshan Qureshi recalled the moment in detail. He said the team was traveling abroad for filming. After immigration was over, Alia was waiting alone in a corner.Soon after, he was approached by several airport officials and employees. They wanted to take pictures with the young actor. Within moments, the situation became overwhelming.
“The customs officials and the airport team saw that Alia Bhatt was alone, without any staff, bodyguard or manager, because we were still in the queue. After a minute, they surrounded her excitedly, saying, ‘Madam, ek photo chahiye, ek photo bas (We want a photo with you)’. They all held her together. The poor thing was there, all scared and uncomfortable,” she said.
The bodyguard rushes in
Zeeshan Qureshi said that he went to him as soon as he completed his formalities. He noticed that the situation had escalated. People were surrounded without keeping their distance.He immediately intervened and asked them to back off. He also reminded them to act responsibly.“They were all educated people, but usko daba ke khade the, gale mein aur kandhe par haath rakhne ki koshish kar rahe the (they were massing and trying to put their hands on shoulders and necks for photographs). When I pushed them away and scolded them, I told them that if a girl stands alone, she should at least keep a distance. She’s a hero on screen, but she’s also a girl. Then I duly escorted Alia,” he added.He works with Zeeshan now Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt is gearing up for her next film ‘Alpha’. The project is directed by Shiv Rawail.
