Bollywood actress Akshay Kumar It has sold two residential units in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali (East), Mumbai for a total of ₹ 7.1 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by CRE Matrix.The larger of the two apartments, located on the top floor, has 1,101 square feet of carpet area and was sold for ₹ 5.75 crore. The transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹ 28.75 lakh and comes with two dedicated parking spaces.The second apartment, located on the same floor, has a carpet area of ​​252 square meters and has changed hands for ₹ 1.35 crore. Documents show that the buyer paid ₹6.75 lakh in stamp duty, with the deal also including a parking space.Both properties were purchased by Suvarna Rupeshkumar Sakpal through transactions registered on June 2, 2026.Records indicate that Akshay Kumar purchased the apartments from Incline Realty Pvt Ltd in November 2017. The larger unit was bought for ₹ 3 crore, while the smaller apartment was bought for ₹ 67.55 lakh.
