FWICE’s Ashoke Pandit revealed that Aamir Khan and various Bollywood insiders tried to settle the feud between Ranveer Singh and Farhan Akhtar over ‘Don 3’. Farhan has claimed a loss of Rs 45 crore, while reports of Salman Khan’s involvement were dismissed as rumours.

Ashok also talked about the money lost due to such decisions and said, “They would have sold the house. You can have ten valid reasons not to make a film. But if money has been spent because you are committed to the project, then those losses should be returned.” Farhan said he lost Rs 45 crore after Ranveer walked out of Don 3. Ashok stressed that no matter how big a star someone is, no one should be allowed to suddenly back out of a project they have agreed to do.

Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment has demanded a compensation of Rs 45 crore, while the Federation of West Indian Cine Workers (FWICE) had issued a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer, although that directive has been overturned.
