India’s two-wheeler market ended March 2026 on a strong note, with most manufacturers reporting healthy growth across segments. Demand for motorcycles, scooters and electric vehicles remained strong, helping brands close the fiscal year with solid numbers.
Hero MotoCorp March 2026 Sales
Leading the pack, Hero MotoCorp posted total dispatches of 5,98,198 units in March 2026, up from 5,49,604 units in the same month last year. Domestic sales stood at 5,52,505 units as against 5,10,086 units while exports rose to 45,693 units from 39,518 units. Motorcycle volumes continued at 5,32,383 units, while scooter sales rose to 65,815 units from 42,963 units a year ago. The company also reported strong retail momentum with 5,42,436 VAHAN registrations during the month.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Sale March 2026
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India followed with total sales of 5,49,145 units in March 2026, up 29% year-on-year. Domestic volume stood at 5,12,303 units while exports stood at 36,842 units. March’s strong performance helped the company end FY26 with total sales of 63,69,504 units, comprising 57,49,275 units in domestic sales and 6,20,229 units in exports, registering a growth of 9% over FY25.
TVS Motor Company March 2026 Sales
TVS Motor Company reported total two-wheeler sales of 4,98,134 units in March 2026, up 25% from 4,00,120 units in March 2025. Domestic sales rose to 3,72,383 units from 2,97,622 units, also reflecting a growth of 25%. Segment-wise, motorcycle sales rose to 2,32,788 units from 1,96,734 units, while scooter sales rose to 2,17,624 units from 1,66,297 units. The company’s EV portfolio also saw strong traction, with sales up 44 percent to 38,877 units from 26,935 units last year.
Suzuki Motorcycle India Sale March 2026
Suzuki Motorcycle India recorded total sales of 1,28,227 units in March 2026, a marginal increase of 2 percent over March 2025’s 1,26,164 units. Domestic wholesale sales stood at 1,05,397 units, slightly lower than last year’s 1,05,967 units. However, domestic retail sales rose 11 per cent to 1,08,661 units from 98,176 units. Exports also increased to 22,830 units from 20,188 units.
Royal Enfield Sale March 2026
Meanwhile, Royal Enfield continued its strong run, reporting sales of 1,12,334 units in March, up 11 percent over the same month last year. The brand also achieved a major milestone for the financial year, crossing 12,38,659 units in FY26, reflecting a growth of 23% and marking its highest annual sales ever. This is the second year in a row that the company has crossed the one million sales mark.
