The facelifted Taigun will get updated exterior styling with revised front and rear bumpers, fresh LED lighting graphics, and new interior features. As the Taigun and Kushaq are built on the same MQB-A0-IN platform and share much of their underpinnings, the Taigun facelift is likely to incorporate several updates introduced on the new Kushaq recently.According to a recently spied image, the facelifted Volkswagen Tiguan is seen getting several design updates, especially at the front end. The SUV now features a slimmer grille with new LED headlamps and LED DRLs connected by a thin LED strip. A bright Volkswagen logo has also been added to the front, while the bumper has been revised for a cleaner look. The side profile is largely unchanged from the current model. However, the facelift may introduce a new design for the alloy wheels. Elements like the traditional door handles, body-color ORVMs, blacked-out B-pillars, roof rails and shark fin antenna are expected to continue unchanged.
At the rear, the Taigan facelift gets updated tail lamps, though the overall housing of the connected lighting setup looks similar to the current model. The test vehicle seen sports camouflage between the tail lamps, likely hiding a thick full-width LED strip. It can also hide a bright red Volkswagen badge between the tail lamps. The rear bumper has also been revised with a simpler design. Chrome detailing has been toned down, while the silver skid plate now has a smoother finish. The bumper reflectors have been shifted vertically, replacing the horizontal arrangement used on the current model.Moving on to the cabin, the overall layout is expected to remain largely unchanged with some minor modifications and feature additions. These may include a panoramic sunroof, rear seat massage function, a fully digital instrument cluster, and AI-based integration for the infotainment system. Other expected features include wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a wireless charger, a six-speaker sound system with a subwoofer and amplifier, automatic climate control, leatherette seats, electrically adjustable front seats with ventilation, and more. The new gearbox is expected to improve fuel efficiency as well as deliver smoother shifts while reducing fuel loss during acceleration and deceleration compared to the outgoing transmission. The 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo-petrol produces 115 hp and 175 Nm of torque. The second engine is a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, turbo-petrol with 150 hp and 250 Nm. Gearbox options are expected to include only a 7-speed DSG for the 1.5.Mercedes-Benz CLA electricity The second car on the list is the new Mercedes-Benz CLA Electric which will be launched on April 24, 2026. The booking amount is fixed at Rs 1.5 lakh. Interested customers can book the EV online or by visiting their nearest dealership. Deliveries of the CLA 250+ Long Range will begin from late April, soon after the official launch. Deliveries of the CLA 200 standard range will begin later, with the company scheduling them from June 2026.

The new Mercedes-Benz CLA Electric will be offered in two variants – the 200 standard range and the 250 Plus extended range. Customers who pre-book the vehicle will get a free wall box home charger as part of the offer. Launch prices are expected to be around Rs. 55 lakh for the CLA 200 standard range and Rs. 59 lakhs for the CLA 250+ Long Range (ex-showroom). However, the final price will depend on the prevailing forex rates at the time of official launch.The CLA 250+ supports DC fast charging of up to 320 kW, while the CLA 200 supports up to 200 kW. In 20 minutes, the CLA 250+ can add 400 km of range, while the CLA 200 can add up to 320 km. For AC charging, the car supports up to 22 kW via a wall box charger, with the standard 11 kW. Based on the Suzuki e-Vitara, the Ebella EV shares the majority of its core components with its Maruti counterpart. The reveal marks a major milestone for Toyota, marking its entry into India’s mass-market EV segment with a mid-size electric SUV that will take on rivals like the Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV and the upcoming Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara.

EV bookings are already open. Interested customers can book it online or by visiting their nearest dealership. The company is offering an 8-year battery warranty, 60 percent buyback assurance and a battery-as-a-service (BaaS) program.The Urban Cruiser Abella is available in two battery pack options – 49kWh or 61kWh battery pack. The 49kWh battery will be paired with a motor mounted on the front axle, which puts out 144hp. The larger 61kWh battery also gets a single motor, but here it puts out 174hp. Both the motors produce the same 189Nm of torque. Speaking of range, the EV has a claimed range of 440 km with a 49 kWh battery pack, while the larger 61 kWh version is rated at 543 km on a single charge. The Urban Cruiser Abella has variants – E1, E2 and E3.MG Magister Next is the MG Majestor SUV, which is expected to be launched sometime in April 2026. Interested customers can pre-book the Majestor by paying Rs 41,000 online or by visiting their nearest MG dealership. The company will announce pricing and start showroom previews and test drives from April 2026, with deliveries scheduled to begin in May 2026. Once launched, the new Magister will compete with the Toyota Fortuner Legend and is expected to be priced around Rs 45 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV will be offered in three variants – Sharp 4×4, Savvy 4×2 and Savvy 4×4.

Talking about the engine first, it is offered in a single 2.0-liter twin-turbo diesel with 215 hp of power, mated to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. The SUV gets a 4×4 system with all-terrain management software, which MG calls M-Hub, which offers up to 10 selectable terrains and drive modes. It also gets a crawl mode called the M-Crawl function, and three differential locks. It also has a maximum water wading capacity of 810 mm for an SUV. The SUV offers up to 10 off-road modes with automatic on-the-fly switching between 2H and 4H drive settings.The new Magister is offered in six- and seven-seat layout options. The six-seater gets individual captain’s seats in the second row, while there’s a conventional seven-seater bench. The dashboard has been completely redesigned with piano black trim and silver accents that provide a modern feel. In terms of features, it gets 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment, 12.3-inch digital driver display, MG’s i-Smart 2.0 connected car technology, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 12-speaker JBL sound system, electrically adjustable front seats, three-mat control with multiple automatic cool zones and heat mat control. Rear row vents, dual wireless charging pads, a panoramic sunroof, paddle shifters, 64-color ambient lighting, gesture-operated tailgate and more.Kia Seltos (new variants) The 2026 Kia Seltos is expected to introduce two new top-spec variants. Although not officially confirmed, the updated model is likely to be launched in April 2026. The new variants are expected to be optional versions of the GTX and X-Line trims. Reports suggest that these could include features such as a head-up display linked to seat memory and a dashboard camera.A head-up display was shown at the global launch but is not available in the current range, while a dashboard camera is likely to be offered at dealer level. These variants are expected to cost more than the GTX and X-Line trims but less than the ADAS-equipped models. There is no confirmation yet about the availability of the GTX (O) (A) and X-Line (O) (A) variants. If introduced, these will become top trims in the lineup.
