My main thing is not to go in there and do an injustice to the character,” Harington said, according to ScreenRant.Reflecting on her character’s arc on ‘Game of Thrones’, the actor said: “I think it ended well. I think it went to the right place. So if you pick it up again, it has to be for the right reasons.”Explaining his reason for leaving the initial series, the actor explained that it was to find a compelling enough story to tackle the team. “We couldn’t find the right thing. So we put it. For now. Maybe there will be a time… you know, it’s not dead, and that’s the amazing thing, it could be picked up again,” Harington told the episode.The update comes more than two years after the project was scrapped in 2024. The original fantasy drama inspired by the works of George RR Martin ended in 2019.Despite mixed reactions to its ending, HBO has continued to expand the Westeros franchise through spin-offs such as ‘House of the Dragon’ and ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdom’. The team has also announced live action in development, including ‘Aegon’s Conquest’ and ‘10,000 Ships’.Animated shows in development include ‘The Sea Snake (Nine Voyages)’.
