Haryana Board of School Education has announced that Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2024 candidates, whose results were withheld due to incomplete biometric verification, will be given one more chance to complete the process on June 8 and 9, 2026 at the board headquarters in Bhiwani.Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar said that the HTET 2024 exam was conducted on July 30 and 31, 2025, and the result was declared on November 10. Before the declaration of results, the candidates underwent biometric verification at the centers set up in different districts of the state.A second chance was provided after the declaration of the result.According to the board, candidates who did not complete biometric verification earlier were given a second chance from November 12 to 14 and from November 19 to 21, 2025. Verification process was mandatory for all remaining candidates during this phase.The board said that the results of the candidates who failed the biometric verification were not declared. Such candidates were marked with RLV, which stands for “delay in result due to verification”.Candidates whose results remain pending due to incomplete verification can now appear at the board headquarters on June 8 and 9 to complete the process, Dr. Kumar said. The board clarified that this would apply only to those candidates who were absent during the earlier biometric verification schedule.Candidates must carry original documents.The board has directed the candidates to carry their original photo ID along with the original admit card while appearing for biometric verification. Entry into the process will not be allowed without these documents.The chairman said that all the affected candidates will also receive information regarding the biometric verification process on their registered mobile numbers and email addresses provided during the online application process.If the process is not completed, the results will be withheld.The board added that candidates who fail to complete the biometric verification on the notified dates will not be declared their exam results. Officials said that the verification process is necessary to complete the formalities of pending candidates’ results.Haryana Board of School Education has advised all the concerned candidates to report to the board headquarters within the stipulated dates to avoid further delay in the declaration of their HTET 2024 results.
