Here’s a quick look at what to expect from this upcoming SUV.
Nissan Tecton: What to Expect
In terms of design, Tekton gets a bold and modern look. At the front, it has a wide grille that extends over the fascia, flanked by slim LED headlamps. A sleek LED light strip joins the lighting elements and adds a distinctive C-shaped signature at both ends. The SUV also gets sharp body lines and an upright stance. The rear design follows a similar theme with integrated LED tail lamps and a full-width light bar. Nissan has placed the “Tecton” lettering prominently on both the bonnet and tailgate. Interestingly, the name Tekton is derived from a Greek word meaning “craftsman” or “builder”.Although the company has not revealed the interior yet, the SUV is expected to come loaded with features. Expected equipment includes a large touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, a 360-degree camera and a fully digital instrument cluster.Engine details are still under wraps. However, the Tekton is expected to be offered with naturally aspirated and turbo petrol engine options.
