Haryana DL Ed Admission 2026: Admissions for Haryana DL Ed 2026-28 session is on, online registration and fee payment window closes today 11th May 2026. Diploma in Education course is open to candidates from Haryana and outside the state through centralized online admission process through SCERT Haryana, Gurugram.Candidates can complete the application process through dedharyana.org or council website SCERT Haryana. Officials have said that applicants have to choose at least five institutes while submitting the form. Registration fee is non-refundable in all cases.Application Process and Counseling ScheduleThe registration fee is Rs.500 for general category candidates and Rs.275 for SC, BC, EWS and differently abled candidates. Payment can be made through debit card, credit card and net banking for Axis Bank account holders. 1.75% service charges will be applicable on card transactions, while net banking transactions will not attract additional charges.The first round admit list will be released on 13 May 2026 at 3 PM. Candidates will be able to download the provisional admit letters between May 13 and May 14. Students allotted seats have to report to their respective colleges between May 15 and May 16 for confirmation of admission.Eligibility Criteria for CandidatesApplicants seeking admission in D.El.Ed must have secured at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary Examination with five subjects including English from Board of School Education Haryana or its equivalent board. Candidates belonging to SC, BC and differently abled categories are eligible for relaxation of five percent marks. Applicants must also have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at Matriculation level.Urdu Admission for DL Ed Candidates must have passed Urdu in 10th standard from a recognized board equivalent to Haryana Board. Officials have clarified that the candidates have to fulfill all the eligibility conditions till the last date of counseling.Fee structure and educational sessionsThe annual fee for self-finance institutions in Haryana is fixed at Rs 25,800, excluding examination charges. First year regular classes for the session 2026-28 will commence from 1st July 2026.
