This year’s Met Gala was more than just a show, celebrities brought their creativity through their looks. BLACKPINK’s Lisa, known for her quirky and often dramatic looks, seems to have gone all out for the 2026 Met Gala at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Lisa stuns in a white dress with 3D printed hands
The 29-year-old stunned in a white dress created by fashion designer Robert Wun. The singer stole the show with her accent head, which featured two 3D printed arms holding a cape and draped in a train.The marquee dress gave the audience the illusion that the singer was inside a marquee and stunned everyone at the gala. According to a report in Vogue, the 3D printed arms were made from the arms of the ‘Rock Star’ singer. They were inspired to represent the attitude of traditional Thai dance, paying homage to its cultural roots. WWD also reported that the white mermaid-style gown was covered head-to-toe in white Swarovski crystals embedded in embroidery. The dress took about 2,860 hours to create and finish by hand.Although the singer appeared on the Met Gala red carpet, this time it was even more special. This was Lisa’s first time joining the official hosting committee for the night. In addition to Lisa, this year includes Zoë Kravitz, Sabrina Carpenter, Doja Cat, Misty Copeland, Lena Dunham and many more on the board.
