Mitchell (Santner) was unlucky, and so was Queenie today. He just did something to his wrist. We have a few changes to this team. Queenie is replaced by Ryan (Rickleton). We have Robin Munns,” Hardik said during the toss.
De Kock’s absence is a significant loss for Mumbai Indians at the top of the order, given his experience and ability to provide immediate starts. The wicketkeeper-batsman reportedly injured his wrist while at the nets, forcing a last-minute substitution.
