Kia India has launched the 2026 update for the Syros, introducing design tweaks, four new trims, and expanded automatic options, especially for the diesel variants. Prices now start at Rs 8.39 lakh. Kia India has launched the 2026 update of the Kia Syros in India. The refreshed model brings some design tweaks, an expanded variant lineup and wider availability of automatic options. Prices for the updated model now start at Rs 8.39 lakh, ex-showroom. Here’s a quick look at what’s changed.

2026 Kia Syros: What’s new?

With the MY26 update, Kia has added four new trims: HTE, HTE(O), HTK+(O) and HTX(O). One of the key features is the increased availability of automatic variants, especially on the diesel side. The diesel automatic version is now available in HTK+ trim, priced at Rs 12,73,900.

Why Cyrus?

Design-wise, the changes include a revised front bumper with body-color aero inserts with LED fog lamps and gloss black skid plates. At the rear, the bumper has been updated and now features similar styling elements with LED high-mounted stop lamps. The side now features gloss black roof rails, ORVMs and body color side garnish. Higher trims like the HTX and HTX(O) also get new 17-inch crystal-cut alloy wheels with neon-colored brake calipers. Kia has also introduced three new color options: Magma Red, Ivory Silver Matte and Ivory Silver Gloss.Inside, the Cyrus continues with a large 30-inch display, dual-pane panoramic sunroof, ventilated front and rear seats, and second-row seats with slide and recline functions. The SUV also includes more than 80 connected car features, OTA updates and Kia Connect diagnostics.

2026 Kia Syros: Price by Engine and Variants

Mechanically, the Syros MY26 is unchanged. It is offered with a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque, mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT. The 1.5-litre diesel engine, which produces 114 bhp and 250 Nm, is available with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox.
