Naver reports that the idol is set to attend his first hearing at Seoul’s Western District Court on charges of violating South Korea’s Military Service Law. The first trial will take place this month, on April 21. According to the report, along with Song Min Ho, another officer from his unit was responsible for supervising his service and charging him for the trial. Both have been indicted without arrest for the same charges.Min Ho is sued for violating his mandatory military service, as he has reportedly been accused of repeatedly leaving the workplace without good reason. He was also accused of neglecting the duties assigned to him. According to the report, he worked as a public service worker in Mapo Ward, Seoul from March 2023 to December 2024.Likewise, the other officer who complained also neglected his duties because he was in charge of Song Min Ho. Not only that, they have alleged that they were well aware of the disagreements the idol had during his time in the facility.
