VinFast India has recently launched the new VinFast VF MPV 7 Electric MPV in the Indian market. The launch is part of VinFast’s global expansion plans and reflects its focus on India’s growing electric vehicle market, particularly the MPV segment. Bookings for EV MPV have started. Interested customers can book the EV MPV online or by visiting their nearest dealership, and deliveries are expected to begin soon. The VinFast VF MPV 7 will compete against other three-row models like the Kia Carens Clavis EV, BYD eMax7 and Mahindra XEV 9S.The Vinfast VF MPV 7 is available in single-top spec trim priced at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The new VF MPV 7 comes with benefits including three years of free maintenance, free charging till March 31, 2029, seven years of vehicle warranty, 10 years of battery warranty, up to 75 percent assured buyback, seven years of free roadside assistance and additional ICE-to-EV transition support. The VinFast VF MPV 7 features LED headlights, DRLs and turn indicators, 19-inch all-black alloy wheels, black body cladding, a shark fin antenna, and a rear wiper, washer and defogger. Moving inside, the interior is offered in black or dual-tone black and brown themes, and features leatherette upholstery, adjustable headrests, bezel-less IRVM and front center armrest with storage.
Comfort and convenience features include height-adjustable and 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, auto AC with rear vent, type A and C charging ports, split-folding seats, 12V charging ports, auto-folding ORVMs, keyless entry, brake pedal starter, third row with all windows up/air pan, third-pin 5-air filter. AC controls, cup holders, multiple drive modes, creep mode and cruise control. It has a claimed range of 517 km on a full charge and can sprint from 0-100 kmph in 10 seconds. The EV gets 11 kW AC charging and 80 kW DC fast charging. Using a DC fast charger, the VF MPV 7’s battery can be charged from 10 to 70 percent in about 30 minutes.
