Bhandar is the long-time team manager of Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. A video posted by Rajasthan Royals on social media, showing Suryavanshi offering cake to Bhandar and encouraging him to take a bite, has gone viral.In the video, Suryavanshi brings a small cake and asks Bhandar to cut it.“Happy birthday sir. Cake to be cut”, says Suryavanshi.When Bhandar replied that he had already cut the cake, the 15-year-old retorted: “Go back, aaj hi kya hai na sir, said tomorrow. Na after 12 o’clock.”Bhandar was also seen scrolling through his smartphone with Suryavanshi in the Rajasthan Royals dugout during their match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Guwahati.According to PMOA protocol, team managers are allowed to use mobile phones, but not in the dugout, which amounts to an infringement.
