According to The Sun, the upcoming documentary series starring Tomlinson and Malik has been cancelled. The two singers reportedly got into an altercation while filming at an undisclosed location. A statement from the report said: “It went into a spiral and then Zayn made a remark about Louis’ mother Johannah.” The issue allegedly escalated after the ‘Pillowtalk’ singer made comments about the singer’s mother, Johannah Deakin, after she battled leukemia in 2016.“Louis was stunned. As he was about to move, Zayn attacked him. Zayn punched him directly in the face. He cut Louis’ head because he was wearing rings,” the report further revealed that after the blow, Tomlinson was injured and bleeding. This also led to the ‘Imposter’ singer allegedly suffering a stroke after being rushed to a medical centre. Zayn Malik also had to be pulled away from her, according to the report.
These are not the first reports of a feud between Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik
Last year, Star Magazine reported on a similar incident between the two One Direction members, a month after they found out they were going on a road trip. The three-part series would show the two men embarking on a road trip across North America to rebuild their bond. The project was announced a year after the death of bandmate Liam Payne.
