Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Teacher posts under Teacher Cadre JTC Recruitment 2026. This process is being conducted for a total of 58 posts in various teaching categories.As per the official notification, the online application process has started from 6th April 2026, and it will be open till 27th April 2026. Candidates have to complete the application procedure including fee payment through the official portal of UPSSSC within the stipulated time line.Application schedule and process detailsLast date for submission of application form and payment of fee is 27 April 2026. Applicants will be allowed to make corrections in their submitted forms till 4th May 2026. The date of the exam has not been announced yet, while the admit card is expected to be released before the exam. The result schedule will be notified later.The application fee is fixed at Rs 25 for all categories, including General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and PH candidates. Payment can be made online through debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS, or mobile wallet services.Distribution of posts on postsThe recruitment drive covers several teaching posts within the JTC cadre. These include 24 posts of Assistant Teacher (JTC Grade Teacher), eight posts of Assistant Teacher (Music) and eight posts of Assistant Teacher JTC Grade Teacher. In addition four vacancies are available for Assistant Teacher HTC Grade Teacher.Additionally, there are multiple allocations under the Assistant Teacher JTC grade, including two in one category, ten in another, and two additional posts under a separate classification. Educational qualification includes passing 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board with Diploma in Special Education in relevant trade.
