Since the beginning of the year, both have been involved in multiple cases of domestic violence. PEOPLE recently reported that the reality star filed for an official order of protection against Mortensen on April 7. In the official file, Mortensen listed 4 separate instances of alleged abuse. She referred to being “assaulted, harassed and harassed” by Mortensen, and detailed several incidents where she was physically hurt. One of his cases is said to be from the end of February this year, when Dakota allegedly visited his house asking to speak. In order not to wake the children in the house, they went outside and got into his car.Paul alleges that Mortensen left the premises even after he protested that he did not want to go. The report added that “the parties argued, and Dakota assaulted Taylor by banging his head against the dashboard of his truck and striking him with his knee and elbow.” The 31-year-old also provided photos of the bruises as evidence of the alleged assault.

A harassment incident was also reported in the file, dating back to February of this year. The report alleged that Mortensen had initials tattooed on the inside of her lip. He also sent her a picture of the tattoo. A statement from the report reads: “My initials are now forever tattooed on the body of a man who has abused and owned me.” Also, at the same time, Mortensen allegedly visited her home because her son, Ever, was having trouble sleeping at his father’s house.The file also details another instance from May last year. He mentioned that the two had been arguing at his residence, and even though he asked Mortensen to leave, he refused. Later, he lost his footing, fell and was allegedly kicked by Mortensen. The TV star also provided photos of the bruise in this instance.
