The upcoming collaboration has already created a buzz among fans, marking a new chapter in the long-standing friendship between the Shetty and Shroff families. According to reports, Suniel has officially joined the cast of Tiger’s next film, and the duo is expected to combine experience and youthful energy on screen.

According to a report by Variety India, the details of Suniel’s character have been kept under wraps, though the report suggests that he will play a pivotal role in the action-packed thriller directed by Tiger. The film will go on floors on April 10 in Mumbai, and grand sets are being prepared in Goregaon and Malad. The team is expected to wrap up the shoot by July 2026.

Kannada filmmaker Sachin Ravi, who shot to fame for directing Rakshit Shetty’s 2019 police drama ‘Avane Srimannarayan’, will direct this yet-to-be-titled film. The project marks his much-awaited debut in Hindi cinema after his first attempt, ‘Ashwatthama: The Saga Continues’, a mythological drama starring Shahid Kapoor, was shelved due to budget issues.

After ‘Baaghi 4’, Tiger has moved on to his next project, Raj Mehta’s romantic revenge drama ‘Lag Jaa Gale’ where he will be seen alongside Lakshya and Janhvi Kapoor. The actor also has another major film in the works, Ram Madhavani’s ‘Vajra’, a grand spiritual action saga that will begin shooting in September 2026, after completing Murad Khetani’s next venture.Meanwhile, Suniel Shetty’s next release ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ will hit the theaters on June 26, 2026.
