City Slip of SSC CHSL Tier-2 Exam: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Examination City Notification for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 (Tier-II). Candidates appearing for the exam can now access their allotted exam city through the official portal.As per the schedule released by SSC, the Tier-II exam for CHSL 2025 is scheduled to be held on 10 April 2026. Issuance of city slip allows the candidates to make necessary arrangements before the examination.Exam City Details and Admit Card TimelineThe Commission has made available the information of city of examination from 1st April 2026. Candidates can check the details by logging into the designated module on the official website ssc.gov.in using their credentials.The admission certificate, along with the scrap entry pass, will be issued on April 7, 2026. The admit card will contain details like examination centre, reporting time and instructions for the candidates. Candidates need to carry the admission certificate to the examination venue.• Direct link to check and download city slipScribe registration and Aadhaar verificationSSC has introduced changes in the process of candidates opting for ‘apna lakhari’ facility. Candidates will need to complete a fresh registration for Clerk, as all registrations submitted before 5th November 2025 are closed.The Scribe registration process is now linked with Aadhaar verification. Aspirants wishing to work as Clerks have to complete the updated registration process on the Commission’s website.Candidates choosing their scribe have to submit scribe registration number to generate scribe entry pass. The commission has also said that the maximum permissible age limit for clerks will be as per the updated policy, while other guidelines remain unchanged.Deadline for Scribe Mapping and Key InstructionCandidates who have opted for their scribe facility should complete the One Time Registration (OTR) mapping of their scribe by 5 April 2026, 11:00 PM for CHSL Tier-II Examination. Scribe Entry Pass will be generated only after successful mapping.In case of any discrepancy in the admission certificate or scrap entry pass, candidates are advised to refer the official examination notice issued earlier. The Commission has clarified that those guidelines will prevail in resolving such issues.Candidates are advised to visit the official website regularly for updates and ensure compliance with all instructions issued by SSC.
