‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ will return on March 19, 2027 with its fourth sequel. Now, the voice actors of the film have been revealed. Kristen Bell has been announced as the voice of Amy Rose, the pink creature who is in love with Sonic. Here are the other cast members, and it certainly looks like a stellar cast.

Along with series mainstays Ben Schwartz, Jim Carrey, Idris Elba, Colleen O’Shaughnessey and newcomer Kristen Bell, today’s cast includes Matt Berry (‘What We Do In The Shadows,’ ‘Toast of London’), Nick Offerman (‘Parks and Recreation,’ ‘The Last of Us Sir Benley King’) and The Last of Us, ‘The Last of Us’). Plot details for the fourth film are under wraps. Other returning actors include Idris Elba and Colleen O’Shaughnessey, who voice Sonic’s friends Knuckles and Tails, and Keanu Reeves is behind the mysterious Shadow. Meanwhile, in human form, Jim Carrey has portrayed the hedgehog’s main antagonist, Dr. Robotnik; James Marsden and Tika Sumpter play Sonic’s adopted parental figures.

Paramount’s series of live-action/CGI hybrid films has been incredibly profitable at the global box office, earning a collective $1 billion, per Variety reports. Jeff Fowler has directed all three “Sonic” films, and will return to direct the next installment of the family franchise. “Sonic the Hedgehog 4” will be released on March 19, 2027.
