In an interview with Hindustan Times, he said, “When I read the script for the first time, I remember finishing it with tears in my eyes. It felt so real, like stepping into a warm and chaotic Punjabi family where every character had a heartbeat. Playing Arjun was special because he was layered, vulnerable and carried so much inside. 10 years later, people still talk about the movie, the scenes, and the family dynamics as if they had experienced them themselves. That kind of love is rare, and I feel grateful that we managed to bring that story to life.”
‘Kapoor & Sons’ Story Summary
In ‘Kapoor & Sons’, two brothers from a troubled household come together in Coonoor after their grandfather’s heart attack to be with their parents and him. Their bond was broken when Arjun (Sidharth Malhotra) accused Rahul (Fawad Khan) of plagiarizing his story for a blockbuster book.
