The transaction, valued at €29.70 million, has been confirmed through property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.According to Inspector General of Registration (IGR) records accessed by Square Yards, the apartment is located in the posh Godrej Trilogy project in Worli. The house has an area of 2,430.06 sq ft (225.76 m2) and a total built up area of 2,750.28 sq ft (255.51 m2), along with three dedicated parking spaces.
The purchase entailed the payment of stamp duty of 1.78 million euros, while the registration costs were 30,000 euros.
