MP Board Class 5 Results 2026: The Madhya Pradesh School Education Department has released the Class 5 board pattern exam results, recording a statewide pass percentage of 95.14%. School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh made the announcement at Vallabh Bhawan in Bhopal.The results indicate a strong performance of students, especially among female candidates, who achieved a higher pass percentage than their male counterparts.Performance highlights by gender96.19% of all the students in class 5 passed the exam while 94.15% of the students achieved success. The data shows a consistent gap in favor of female students.A total of 1,276,404 students appeared in the Class 5 examinations. Of these, 924,783 students belonged to rural areas while 351,621 students belonged to urban areas.High performing divisions and districtsShahdol division emerged as the highest performing division in the 5th class results. It was followed by Narmadapuram, Indore, Chambal, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior, Ujjain, Rewa and Sagar.Narsingpur bagged the first position in the districts. It was followed by Dandori, Balaghat, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Sehore, Narmadapuram, Chindwara, Indore and Barwani.Exam coverage and infrastructureThe examinations were conducted in a large network of schools and centres. Overall, students from government schools, private institutions and madrasas participated. Under this provision, students will have to re-appear as part of the examination framework of the department only for those subjects in which they have failed.
