Famous actor, dancer and choreographer Prabhu Deva It has sold two apartments located in South Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for a total of ₹ 14.80 crore. According to property registry records accessed by CRE Matrix, the residences are located in one of the tallest residential towers in the city.The documents reveal that Prabhu Deva bought the two properties in December 2012. At that time, he paid around 14.45 crores for the property. Each apartment is approximately 1,295 square meters and is located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the building.The properties were recently sold for €7.40 million, bringing the transaction value to €14.80 million. The buyers have been identified as Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange. According to the documents, a stamp duty of ₹30,000 was paid and the deal was officially registered on March 13, 2026.Prabhu Deva is one of the most influential figures in Indian dance and choreography.
