‘When Harry Met Sally’ co-stars Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal will return to the 2026 Oscars to pay tribute to the late filmmaker and actor Rob Reiner, along with his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, who was killed in their home. Crystal and Ryan will appear on stage for In Memoriam.Also, Barbra Streisand is in multi-hyphenate talks to sing during the In Memoriam segment to honor her “The Way We Were” co-star Robert Redford.

According to a report from PEOPLE, a ‘Devil Wears Prada’ moment is underway for the 98th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 15, where Anne Hathaway has been confirmed as a presenter. The moment will reportedly come from the upcoming sequel (in theaters May 1), which reunites Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci.Oscar producers Raj Kapoor and Katy Mullan announced that there will be a reunion of ‘Marvel’ superheroes, with some cast members taking to the stage.The comedy Bridesmaids, which turns 15 this year, will also be reuniting with Oscar nominee Rose Byrne, Maya Rudolph, Kristen Wiig, Ellie Kemper and Melissa McCarthy taking the stage together.
The best performances of original songs
Two films nominated for this year’s Oscars will perform their songs to a live audience. The best original song from the movies ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ and ‘Sinners’ will be performed at the Dolby Theater.‘Sinners’ actor Miles Caton joins songwriter Raphael Saadiq for a rendition of I Lied to You from the Ryan Coogler film. Ballet dancer Misty Copeland, Eric Gales, Shaboozey, Brittany Howard, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Bobby Rush, Alice Smith and Caton’s ‘Sinners’ will be joined on stage by Buddy Guy, Jayme Lawson and Li Jun Li.
