Maruti Suzuki India has significantly expanded its after-sales footprint in India, adding a record 502 new service touch points in FY 2025-26. This is the highest number of service additions by the company in a single financial year, taking its total network to 5,926 touch points across 3,000 cities and towns.The latest expansion is aimed at improving customer convenience and strengthening service access in metros as well as smaller towns and rural areas. Newly added facilities include ARENA and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP) along with mobile formats such as Service on Wheels and Body Shop on Wheels.

Commenting on the development, Managing Director and CEO Hisashi Takeuchi said that easy access to service and spare parts is an important factor for car buyers. He added that the company is constantly working to ensure that customers can choose from a variety of service options, be it visiting a workshop, opting for doorstep service or assistance during a long journey.
Maruti Suzuki’s service network has grown rapidly in recent years. The company had reached 1,000 touch points by 1997 after starting operations in 1983. It crossed the 5,000 mark in May 2024, and has added nearly 2,000 touch points in the last five fiscal years alone.
