Highlights of ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’ teaser
The teaser shows a grand inter-generational romantic drama unfolding against the backdrop of 1947 Partition. Directed by Imtiaz Ali and scored by AR Rahman, it offers an epic narrative of love, memory and longing. An elderly man (Naseeruddin Shah) tells a “romantic story” celebrated for 78 years. His grandson (Diljit Dosanjh) by his bedside listens to music that transports the audience back to the pre-Partition era, mixing nostalgia with today’s emotions. It highlights the collision of two eras: lush green wheat fields, vintage trains and opulent old mansions of the past juxtaposed with tender modern scenes where the grandson relives memories using photographs and vintage film.
