Watching a clip of Cumming, now 61, in an interview with Vanity Fair, Kudrow remarked, “Alan Cumming, come on. He’s such a force.” Kudrow recalled how she was “so excited” to be in “Romy and Michele.” Kudrow added, “He was so good. And then to meet him, and he’s so fun and light, so down to earth, but still a little bit like, oh, what is it? I don’t know, joie de vivre.” Kudrow continued, “It’s like Parker Posey. It’s like it’s an event, you know, in itself.”
Mira Sorvino calls the film evergreen
Recently, Mira Sorvino has also reflected on the film’s “cultural resonance”. Speaking on an episode of Sophia Bush’s ‘Work in Progress’ podcast, the 58-year-old described the film as “enduring” and said she and the film’s writer-producer Robin Schiff were treated like “rock stars” at a recent screening.
