Khloe Kardashian is reflecting on her good habits. The 41-year-old entrepreneur has revealed how her divorce from Lamar Odom changed her approach to diet and exercise.

In an episode of her podcast ‘Khloé in Wonder Land,’ Kardashian talked about revamping her lifestyle in response to a listener’s question about binge eating. Admitting she could relate, Khloé said: “When I was younger, I was eating. I went to therapy about it. For anything emotional, I would turn to food, and it wouldn’t stop me. I would eat, eat, eat, literally get sick and then feel sick about how much I was eating.”Khloé recalled that she was in a “crazy cycle” of eating “horrible foods” to bury her feelings before divorcing Odom, 46.
How divorce became a ‘catalyst’ a healthy lifestyle
Explaining how her divorce was “really the catalyst” for why she became obsessed with working out, Khloe said: “I realized during my marriage that I would eat so much and eat my feelings and I didn’t like how it made me feel.”She recalled being tired of the impact her poor diet was having on her overall quality of life, including having “bad skin” and “feeling like I could never be in a bathing suit.” Compared to her sisters, Khloe said she wanted her figure to be “toned” and feel comfortable in her clothes. She recalled getting into a “workout rhythm” before focusing on her diet.Khloe Kardashian originally filed to dissolve the marriage in December 2013, but the divorce stalled while they tried to work on their relationship, and Odom was hospitalized for an overdose.
