Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will start the registration process for Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2026 from May 1. After the link is activated, interested candidates can apply online through the official website.Karnataka PGCET 2026 is conducted for admission to postgraduate courses like Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech) and Master of Architecture (MARCH).
Who can apply?
Both Karnataka and non-Karnataka candidates can apply for the exam. However, non-Karnataka candidates will be eligible for admission under management quota seats only.Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree from a recognized university to be eligible.
KEA PGCET 2026: Exam Schedule
As per official schedule:
- May 1, 2026: The application process begins.
- 23 May 2026 (Saturday):
- ME/MTech/March Exams
- Morning Shift: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- MCA: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- MBA: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
All papers will have 100 questions and will be conducted in offline mode. The question paper will be in multiple choice format.
