ISRO URSC Recruitment 2026: UR Rao Satellite Center in Bengaluru has issued a recruitment notification for various technical and medical roles through online applications. The notified posts include Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’, Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’, and Medical Officer ‘SC’.According to the notification, the central unit of the Indian Space Research Organisation, the Satellite Centre, has informed that all applicants must ensure that they fulfill all the conditions for recruitment. The recruitment process is being conducted online, and all individuals are also warned against fraudulent offers of placements.Announcement of key positions and vacanciesAccording to the notification, the recruitment is for three different roles, including two specific posts for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ at Level 10, where the candidate must have BE or B.Tech in engineering fields like industrial production or management.An unreserved vacancy has been announced for Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’ at Level 11. Requirements include a PhD in specialized fields such as thin films or materials science. Required educational qualifications are Physics or Engineering. This work includes the development of optical thin film for space missions. A Medical Officer ‘SC’ post at level 10 is also available. Requirements include MBBS degree with minimum two years experience and registration with Medical Council of India. Work includes clinical work, emergency response, health work, and administrative work. Eligibility, age, and pay structureMaximum age requirement for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ post is 28 years, while for other two posts it is 35 years. The pay structure starts from Rs. 56,100 for two posts at Level 10 and Rs. 67,700 for the post of Scientist/Engineer in Level 11. Medical officers are also entitled to a non-practicing allowance of 20 per cent of their basic pay.The minimum educational qualification for applicants is 65% for engineering graduates and 60% for post-graduate students.
