New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday announced the schedule for India’s upcoming tour of Zimbabwe, with the two sides clashing in a three-match T20I series in July 2026.After the T20 World Cup victory, India will play a short tour, which will be played entirely at the Harare Sports Club. The three matches are scheduled on July 23, 25 and 26, which is India’s first international assignment after winning the world title.

Two series cycles confirmedAfter July’s T20I series, Zimbabwe will return to India in early 2027. The visitors are scheduled to play a three-match ODI series on January 3, 6 and 9, which will be held in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai respectively.The Zimbabwe series is part of a wider 2026-27 home season unveiled by the BCCI, which will feature 22 matches across 17 venues against a range of opponents including the West Indies, Sri Lanka and Australia.

The home season is ahead.India’s home season begins on September 27 with a tour of the West Indies for three ODIs and five T20Is, followed by a white-ball series against Sri Lanka in December.
