Through this recruitment drive, IDBI Bank aims to fill 1,100 vacancies for the post of Junior Assistant Manager in various zones of India including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh.Important DatesThe last date to apply is today 19th March 2026 and the online exam date is 12th April 2026 (morning session).Candidates are advised not to wait till the last moment to avoid technical issues.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the post, candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
Minimum marks required:
- 60% for General, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Other Backward Classes (OBC)
- 55% for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Benchmark Persons with Disabilities (PwBD).
Age Limit (as on 1 March 2026):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 25 years
Selection process
The recruitment process includes:
- Online test
- Document Verification (DV)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
The online test will have 200 questions of 200 marks and will be conducted for a duration of 120 minutes. It will cover Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General or Banking Awareness.Candidates who qualify the online test will be called for an interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined performance in test and interview.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be posted as Grade ‘O’ Officers. Annual salary in Class A city will be between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh (company cost).They will be on a probationary period of one year, and may be promoted to Grade ‘A’ after three years based on performance and availability of posts.Candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully and keep all required documents ready before submitting it online.
